For the past three years, Gareth and Heather have been welcoming visitors to their extensively renovated Holiday Cottages which boast stunning unparalleled views towards Aberystwyth; with a wealth of wild life to be found in the area including Red Kytes regularly soaring overhead and a resident Hare which is often seen trotting around.
 
All cottages offer 4* luxury accommodation, as Heather explained in a recent interview: “We have 4 holiday cottages which are available all year round, two that sleep 4 in two doubles (1 en-suite); the completely renovated old pig sty 'Y Twlc' in Welsh sleep 3 people and is semi-disabled with a wet room instead of a bathroom. Our larger cottage, formerly an old cow shed, sleeps 8 in 1 double, 1 double en-suite, 2 twins, plus a master bathroom.  All four cottages have a lounge/dining area complete with a fabulous comfy sofa, Beech table and chairs, Oak flooring and a flat screen television with DVD player and Free View Channels; with a large fully equipped kitchen featuring dishwasher, washer/dryer, Hoover, Iron and Ironing Board, toaster, microwave oven etc, adding to their appeal.”

Therefore, it comes as no surprise to learn these comfortable, elegantly furnished and decorated cottages have been awarded 4* rating by Visit Wales and the Welsh Tourist Board.

Visitors to the cottages, which are only 6 miles from Aberystwyth and set in lovely countryside, will find plenty to see and do within the area, including three pubs within a 2 mile radius, two of which serve lovely food, with one being chosen as Pub of the Year in the Aberystwyth area. Whether you’re into horse riding, walking, sea shore or mountain biking…..you’ll find it all on your doorstep.
