Hats provided by QUILLS MILLINERY are made of delicate sinamay, straws, and felts, finished with a variety of exquisite trimmings in luxurious materials, such as fine ostrich feathers, semi precious stones and pearls, as well as hand rolled and beautiful silk flowers.
